Encryption everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Card data is tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never touches our servers.
Least-privilege access
Access to systems and data is role-based, logged, and limited to what's needed to operate and support the Service.
Minimize & retain briefly
We collect only what we need, hash search inputs where possible, and delete data when it's no longer required or when you ask us to.
No dark patterns
Transparent billing, one-tap cancellation, and consent-gated tracking. Trust is the product — we don't undermine it to squeeze a metric.

Found a security issue? Email support@lookara.org and we'll acknowledge within 24 hours. We appreciate responsible disclosure and won't pursue good-faith researchers.
