Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here's how refunds work.
Trials
Your trial is charged upfront at the disclosed trial price. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged the subscription price.
Subscriptions
If you were charged unexpectedly or didn't use the Service after a renewal, contact us within 30 days and we'll review your request in good faith. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the period ends.
One-off purchases
Credit packs and add-ons are generally non-refundable once used, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
