Information we collect

• Account information: your email, name, and authentication details.
• Billing information: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, lookups performed, and device/analytics data (only with your consent).
• Search inputs: the identifiers you look up, which we hash where possible.

How we use it

• To provide reports and operate your subscription.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To communicate with you about your account and, with consent, marketing.
• To improve the Service.

How we share it

We share information with service providers (hosting, payment, email, analytics) under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices & rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data from your settings, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with encryption in transit and at rest and access controls.
