1. What the Service is

Lookara compiles publicly available and licensed information into reverse-lookup and personal-safety reports. Each finding is labeled with a source and a confidence score.

Lookara is not a consumer reporting agency and this is not a consumer report under the FCRA. Do not use it for employment, tenant, credit, or insurance decisions.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include stalking, harassment, doxxing, and any FCRA-covered decision (employment, tenancy, credit, insurance).

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

The Service is offered on a trial-to-subscription basis. Your trial price, renewal price, renewal date, and billing cadence are disclosed at checkout, in your receipt, and in a reminder email before your first charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a 30-day cycle (or annually, if selected) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in one tap from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Credits

Lookups consume credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allotment; additional credits may be purchased. Credits have no cash value and may expire as described at purchase.

6. Accuracy & no warranty

Public data is imperfect and changes over time. We present confidence scores and sources so you can judge each finding, but we do not warrant that any result is complete or error-free. The Service is provided "as is."

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
